    We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the App, including but not limited to cost estimates, route timings, and availability of recommended services.

    4. User Accounts

    • Registration: You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
    • Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activities that occur under your account.
    • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, if we suspect a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

    5. Intellectual Property

    • Ownership: All content, design, and code within the App are owned by us or our licensors and protected by EU and international intellectual property laws.
    • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

    These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, EU. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Netherlands, EU, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
